Admin Report Kit for SharePoint 2003 3.4 - ARKSP is a powerful configuration and usage reporting tool for SharePoint Portal Server 2003 and Windows SharePoint Services. ARKSP presents information across virtual servers, portal sites, site collection and lists in SharePoint in a simple table format. Admin Report Kit for SharePoint 2003 is a reporting utility for SharePoint Portal Server 2003 and Windows SharePoint Services.ARKSP collects configuration information about Windows SharePoint Services, Portal Sites, Site Collection, Web and Areas, List Configuration and List Details etc. and reports them in a format for use by SharePoint Administrators. ARKSP also presents the usage information about site collection and list items. ARKSP supports current version of Microsoft Office SharePoint Portal Server 2003 and Windows SharePoint Services only. Importing to multiple destinations DocKIT enables simultaneous import of documents into multiple document/ picture libraries.
Schedule TaskSchedule task allows you to schedule the import process at a specified scheduled intervals. DocKIT imports the documents to SharePoint based on the import settings and task schedule.
Conditional ImportImport files from multiple folder locations (local/network drives and network shares) to a destination library in SharePoint, if certain conditions (or rules) are satisfied. You can run the import process at scheduled intervals. You can define rules based on file created date, last modified date field, file type filters and metadata values. After specifying the folders to import and the destination library, you can define the conditions to be satisfied for DocKIT to import files to the destination library periodically. DocKIT will automatically import only the files that satisfy the conditions (or rules) at predefined intervals.
Facility to import external metadata of documents DocKIT allows you to import metadata of documents stored in an external file, thereby eliminating the burden of manually entering values to the documents while checking in. This feature is extremely useful if you have the document properties (metadata) stored in a database or spreadsheet or any other application.
